Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT Notification 2020

Educational Qualification for AFCAT 2020 Notification:
Flying branch
Candidates must have passed at 10 + 2 level with minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics.
Graduation from a recognized university with minimum three years degree course in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent. or
BE / BTech degree (four years course) from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent OR
Candidates who have cleared an Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with Section 60% marks or equivalent from a recognized University.
Ground Duty (Technical) Branch
Candidates with minimum 50% marks in each in Physics and Mathematics at 10% + 2 level and minimum four years degree in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University Bachelor's / Integrated Post Graduate qualification
Ground Duty (non-technical) branches
10 + 2 with 50% in any discipline and passed post-graduation including PG (single degree without permission of exit and lateral entry) and integrated courses with 60% marks in graduation in any discipline.
Meteorology
Post Graduate Degree in any science stream / Mathematics / Statistics / Geography / Computer Application / Environmental Science / Applied Physics / Oceanography / Meteorology / Agricultural Meteorology / Ecology and Environment / Geophysics / Environmental Biology with minimum 50% marks. Total with. All papers were put together (provided Maths and Physics were studied at graduation level with a minimum of 55% marks).
Age limit for applying AFCAT notification 2020:
All applicants should have the following age limits.
Flight Branch through AFCAT and NCC Special Entry:
Candidates should be between 20 to 24 years of age by 1 July 2021.
Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branch:
Measured on 1 July 2021 must be aged between 20 and 26 years.
